React Native Apps
Single codebase for iOS and Android with near-native performance. The right default for 80 percent of apps. Used by Discord, Coinbase, Shopify, and Microsoft.
Service
iOS and Android apps built on React Native or native depending on what your product actually needs. From founder MVPs to production-grade consumer apps and B2B tools.
What is it?
Mobile App Development is the design, build, and release of native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. Magnis AI builds on React Native (cross-platform with native performance), Flutter (when design uniformity matters), or fully native Swift and Kotlin (when platform-specific features dominate). All apps include a clear architecture, a backend, analytics, crash reporting, and a launch plan.
Who needs this?
Overview
A mobile app is the second-most-expensive product decision after hiring. Magnis AI starts with the lightest version that proves the hypothesis, ships it in 12 to 16 weeks, and scales from there. We do not build kitchen-sink apps that take a year, miss the market, and never recoup the cost.
Capabilities
Each capability is a defined deliverable with clear inputs, outputs, and review gates.
Single codebase for iOS and Android with near-native performance. The right default for 80 percent of apps. Used by Discord, Coinbase, Shopify, and Microsoft.
Single codebase with pixel-identical UI across platforms. The right choice when brand uniformity matters more than platform conventions.
Swift and Kotlin for apps that need deep platform integration, peak performance, or features that cross-platform tools cannot replicate.
Node.js, Python, or Go backends with REST or GraphQL APIs, on AWS, GCP, or Supabase. Designed for the app, not bolted on later.
We handle review, ASO basics, screenshots, descriptions, privacy declarations, and the submission gauntlet. First release through full live status.
Sentry, Mixpanel, PostHog, or Amplitude wired in from day one. You ship knowing what users do and what breaks.
Framework
Three rules: Ship the smallest useful product in 12 weeks, instrument it from day one, and iterate based on real user behaviour, not roadmap fantasy. We are not interested in pre-launch feature debates. We are interested in the data the first 1,000 users give us.
Methodology
Clear phases with explicit artefacts and review gates. Independent review at every phase boundary.
Product strategy, user journeys, technical choices (cross-platform vs native), data model, and a 12-week MVP scope. Output: design brief + technical plan.
Wireframes, high-fidelity Figma designs, and a clickable prototype reviewed with real users before code starts.
App + backend delivered in 2-week sprints, with TestFlight and Play Internal builds for stakeholder review every sprint.
App Store and Play Store submission, soft launch, analytics review, and 90 days of fast iteration based on usage data.
Outcomes
Concrete, measurable outputs you can verify against the original brief.
Timeline
Typical delivery window. Actual timeline depends on scope, agreed during the scoping call.
React Native by default. It is faster to build, faster to ship updates (over-the-air), and 80 percent of apps do not need platform-specific behaviour. Flutter if pixel-identical UI across iOS and Android matters more than platform conventions. Fully native if you need ARKit, HealthKit, deep camera work, or peak performance. We make the call after a scoping call, not by preference.
An MVP in React Native typically runs between 12 and 16 weeks of build effort. Fully native apps cost roughly 1.6x because of double the build work. Backend and infrastructure are additional. We quote after a 30-minute scoping call where we size the MVP scope.
Yes. We design the app and backend together because they are one product, not two. Backend stack is chosen for the use case: Node.js or Go for high-throughput APIs, Python for data and ML, Supabase or Firebase for fast MVPs.
You do. Code lives in your GitHub or GitLab. App Store and Play Store accounts are under your business entity. Magnis AI is added as a developer, not the owner. You can change agencies (or take it in-house) without losing access or rebuilding.
Yes, on a retainer basis. Most apps need iteration, OS updates, and feature additions for at least 12 months after launch. We offer a Mobile App Maintenance retainer covering bug fixes, OS updates, store compliance, and small feature work.
Yes. We integrate LLMs, vision models, and voice into mobile apps for use cases like in-app assistants, document scanning, image classification, and voice transcription. We use both on-device models (for privacy) and API models (for capability), depending on the use case.
Modern web development on Next.js, React, and headless CMS. Marketing sites built for SEO and speed, SaaS dashboards built for product velocity, and e-commerce stores built for revenue.

Learn moreMost SMBs lose 15 to 30 hours per week per role to repetitive work. Magnis AI builds automation that removes the work, not the team, using LLM agents, n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, and bespoke integrations with your stack.
