Growth Marketing Built for SaaS Economics

SEO, content, paid acquisition, conversion-optimised marketing sites, and AI assistants for B2B and B2C SaaS at seed through Series B and beyond.

Overview

SaaS, the practice in summary

SaaS growth is a function of CAC, LTV, and payback period. Magnis AI works on the levers that move all three: content-led demand generation (CAC down through organic compounding), conversion-optimised marketing sites (signup rate up), AI-driven activation (LTV up through better onboarding), and paid acquisition tuned for your unit economics. We work with B2B and B2C SaaS from seed-stage MVPs through to Series B and beyond.

What to Know

What shapes work in saas

Considerations and constraints that shape our work in saas.

GDPR, PDPA, DPDP

Data protection laws shape signup flows, free-trial logic, and cross-border data transfers. Built in from day one.

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Signalling

Trust signals matter to enterprise SaaS buyers. We help surface compliance and security signals on the marketing site without overpromising.

Google Ads and Capterra-style Paid

Paid search on category and competitor terms, plus review-site sponsorships (Capterra, G2, Software Advice) when economics support.

Activation and Onboarding AI

In-app AI assistants that lift activation, drive feature discovery, and reduce time-to-value for new users. RAG over your docs.

Customer Education Hubs

Help centre, docs, video tutorials, and AI search over them all. Reduces support load and lifts retention.

Demand Capture Funnels

Free tools, calculators, templates, and gated assets that capture demand and feed CRM and email automation. The full demand-capture stack.

Common questions about growth for saas

We are a seed-stage SaaS; is content marketing worth the wait?

Worth starting, even if not the primary investment. SEO takes 6 to 12 months to compound. Starting at seed means by Series A the content engine is producing leads. Waiting until Series A means you are still 6 to 12 months from organic demand at Series B. Front-load the foundation; ramp content investment as you grow.

Should we run Google Ads in addition to SEO?

If your unit economics support it. Google Ads gives fast feedback on positioning and keywords, which then informs SEO content priorities. Most SaaS clients run both: ads for fast feedback and demand, SEO for compounding economics.

What is the right marketing site stack for SaaS?

Next.js with a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or Payload) is our default. Marketing team owns content updates without engineering. Performance and SEO are best-in-class. The marketing site can live on the same monorepo as your product or fully separately.

How do AI assistants help with SaaS activation?

By answering 'how do I do X' questions in-context, suggesting next actions for new users, and reducing time-to-first-value. Done well, this lifts activation rate and reduces churn at the early-customer stage where most SaaS leakage happens.

Do you work with B2B and B2C SaaS, or only one?

Both. The playbook differs: B2B leans on category content, comparison pages, and enterprise trust signals; B2C leans on viral mechanics, app store SEO if mobile, and lifecycle marketing. Our work scopes to the model.

What is the right balance between PLG and sales-led growth?

Depends on price point and complexity. Product-led growth (free trial, self-serve, viral mechanics) works for products under USD 200 per month with low setup complexity. Sales-led is the right default above USD 500 per month, for products needing implementation, or for accounts where one customer represents real revenue. Many successful SaaS companies blend both: PLG for SMB top-of-funnel that converts to self-serve, sales-led overlay for mid-market and enterprise that emerge from the same funnel.

Should we invest in category creation or competitive positioning?

Category creation is high-risk, high-reward and the right move only when you genuinely have a new category and the budget to educate the market for 18 to 36 months. Competitive positioning (being a clearly differentiated alternative to a known incumbent) wins faster and cheaper for most companies. We help you assess honestly which sits true for your product, then build the content and SEO strategy around it.
