Marketing Websites
High-converting sites built for SEO, speed, and lead generation. CMS-driven so your team can update content without a developer.
Service
Modern web development on Next.js, React, and headless CMS. Marketing sites built for SEO and speed, SaaS dashboards built for product velocity, and e-commerce stores built for revenue.
What is it?
Web Development at Magnis AI is the design, build, and launch of websites and web applications using a modern stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript, headless CMS, and serverless infrastructure). Sites are engineered for Core Web Vitals, search indexability, accessibility, and conversion rate, not just visual delivery.
Who needs this?
Overview
A website is a sales asset, not a brochure. Magnis AI builds sites that load in under a second, rank in Google, and turn traffic into leads or revenue. The stack we choose (Next.js, headless CMS, Vercel or similar) is the same stack used by Notion, Loom, GitHub, and Linear, because it actually performs.
Capabilities
Each capability is a defined deliverable with clear inputs, outputs, and review gates.
High-converting sites built for SEO, speed, and lead generation. CMS-driven so your team can update content without a developer.
Multi-page sites with feature pages, pricing, docs, blog, and a clear path from visitor to signup. Engineered for product-led growth motion.
Customer portals, internal dashboards, calculators, configurators, booking systems, and dashboards. Built on Next.js, React, and the right database for your scale.
Shopify, BigCommerce, Medusa, or Commerce.js on a headless front-end. Massive speed gains over legacy themes, with full design freedom.
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or legacy stack to Next.js. Without losing SEO, content, or design integrity.
Heatmaps, A/B tests, CRO audits, and structural redesigns that lift form fills, signups, and revenue from existing traffic.
Framework
Every site we build is scored on five axes before launch: Speed (Core Web Vitals pass on mobile), SEO (technical fundamentals + on-page), Accessibility (WCAG AA), Conversion (clear CTA per section, measurable funnel), and Maintainability (your team can update it without a developer). We do not ship if any axis fails.
Methodology
Clear phases with explicit artefacts and review gates. Independent review at every phase boundary.
Brand, audience, business goals, current site audit (if any), competitor analysis, content inventory, and conversion goals. Output: a scoped plan.
Wireframes, then high-fidelity designs in Figma. Built around conversion, not vanity. Reviewed in 2 to 3 rounds.
Next.js + CMS + analytics + SEO + accessibility, delivered in 2-week sprints with a staging URL you can review daily.
Performance pass, SEO migration, redirect mapping, analytics setup, launch. Then 90 days of CRO based on real traffic data.
Outcomes
Concrete, measurable outputs you can verify against the original brief.
Timeline
Typical delivery window. Actual timeline depends on scope, agreed during the scoping call.
Next.js is faster (sub-second load times), more secure (no PHP exploits or plugin chaos), more flexible (no theme constraints), and ranks better (better Core Web Vitals). WordPress still works for blog-heavy editorial sites, but for marketing sites and apps, Next.js is the modern default.
Yes. We pair Next.js with a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, Payload, or similar) so your team edits content in a clean editor without touching code. Publishing is one click and the change goes live within seconds.
Not if it is done right. Magnis AI handles URL mapping, 301 redirects from old URLs, schema preservation, and content parity. Most clients see SEO improve after migration because the new site is faster and more crawlable.
Yes. We build headless e-commerce on Shopify (most common), BigCommerce, Medusa (open source), or Commerce.js. The front-end is Next.js, which is significantly faster than a Shopify theme. This is the same approach Allbirds, Gymshark, and Glossier use.
Marketing sites: 6 to 10 weeks. SaaS marketing sites: 8 to 12 weeks. Custom web apps: 12 to 24 weeks depending on scope. E-commerce headless rebuilds: 10 to 16 weeks. We quote after a 30-minute scoping call.
Hosting yes, on Vercel, Netlify, or AWS depending on your needs. Ongoing maintenance is a separate service under Website Maintenance (see /services/website-maintenance). We do not lock you into Magnis as your hosting provider.
