What is the difference between maintenance and a project?
Maintenance is ongoing upkeep on a retainer: updates, backups, monitoring, small edits, and minor feature work scoped to monthly hours. A project is new build work (new pages, new features, full redesigns) scoped and quoted separately. We will tell you which side a request lands on before doing the work.
What is included in the retainer and what is extra?
Each retainer tier includes a defined hours allocation for edits and small work, plus the standing infrastructure (updates, backups, monitoring, reporting). Work that exceeds the monthly hours is quoted as a separate project, or rolled into a larger retainer.
What CMS platforms do you support?

How do I leave if I want to?
Notice is one month. You keep your site, your hosting, your CMS access, and all credentials. We provide a handover doc to your next provider or in-house team. No lock-in is the only reasonable model.
